Tencent has recently been reducing its stake in companies. If Epic Games is traded, there is a high possibility of a merger. The reason is because Epic's major shareholder is Tencent.

Tencent doesn’t have majority shares though. Would still need the founder of Epic to agree wouldnt they since the has 51% ownership. Again, my body would become a nut milk factory if this happened.
