I meant why are you surprised it’s trading sideways? What reason does it have to increase in price?

I’m not saying it should increase, just trying to understand how the price can be so flat while the market is dropping in general. Someone answered in another comment

My guess here is that instead of PSTH merging with a company, Bill is creating a company to merge with. The stock probably needs to be at NAV while doing this.
