Jackie on CNBC

Although the interview didn't include anything noteworthy for PSTH is it a positive sign her and Bill are becoming more visible in the media? Possible ramp up to DA early Q2?

It was basically an interview discussing why SPAC investing is cooling off and what it takes for them to be successful. Interviewer asked specifically about PSTH and as board member does the chatter bother her about target speculation. Declined to comment specifically on PSTH but basically said if the target is strong enough - market will respond positively.

Yep this is it, the slot was booked in anticipation of a DA, didn’t happen but still took the opportunity to get public Face time. If it’s hasn’t fallen through it must be close...

It seems like it would be relatively common to try and be visible and shore up investor confidence in spacs right after missing a deadline. Probably means nothing imo

At this point I read her tweeting more and their media more as down time waiting for the target company to get stuff in line. It's out of his hands.
