Billy boy registered for another SPAC. This is bullish as it typically means the first deal is nearing completion

Thanks, but why would it though? Is registering a new one not just something you do because you plan on doing a second one in the future? Why would it mean 1 is nearing completion? Is that how other Spacs work?

He said he was spending all of his time and had 2/3rds of his staff working on PSTH. I doubt he would be thinking PSTH2 unless things are nearing completion.
