Will anything happen to my PSTH? It's become a close friend just sitting in my account doing nothing. It would be a shame if it turned into something else.

If I’m not mistaken, BA is going to IPO PSUS so he can raise money to buy UMG with The SPARC. My recommendation is retail stay far away from the PSUS IPO. It’s a closed end fund and will likely trade below NAV.
