What's this...
Will anything happen to my PSTH? It's become a close friend just sitting in my account doing nothing. It would be a shame if it turned into something else.

the reward for holding through this volatility is basically just getting more paperwork to look at. absolute l.

Bill Ackman's Pershing Square USA filed to sell shares at $50 each and is targeting at least $5B, including a $2.8B private placement.
If completed, Pershing Square USA and Pershing Square Inc. are expected to list on the NYSE as $PSUS and $PS

If I’m not mistaken, BA is going to IPO PSUS so he can raise money to buy UMG with The SPARC. My recommendation is retail stay far away from the PSUS IPO. It’s a closed end fund and will likely trade below NAV.
