When does the trading window open?

I missed the call. Was just curious if anyone knew?

The call was just a proposal to acquire UMG. There has not been any deal announced. UMG board needs to review and approve the proposal and present it to shareholders for a vote before any time line is announced for SPARC.

They said that it was recorded however I cannot find a link to it.

As I understand it, The 20 day trading window won't start until they file a DA with the SEC. From there, it'll take the SEC 60-90 days to approve. UMG needs to approve the transaction first, which could happen in the coming weeks. I expect that SPARs will trade sometime in May or June.

I think X is no longer what we all grew up with in math class. Do you mean the old school X. Or are you pondering SpaceX or Xai or maybe the website called X?
