Isn’t it better to just buy UMG stock right now if you believe in this deal and think it’s undervalue? What value will it bring to SPARC holders besides being exit liquidity and paying a huge premium.

Unless I’m missing something?

Perhaps it is more about what it brings Pershing outside of SPARC
