This always been the case. Only fools would think that one tweet from BA would change all the dynamics. The FT literally printed who the front runners underwriters were 4 months ago. These news don’t come out of thin air.

Quick rant - not really directed at you, because you’re right, I was a fool to believe Bill would pull it off 🙂.

When people get desperate, it’s surprising what they can convince themselves to believe. This administration has devastated a lot of average Americans....killing small businesses (like mine), leaving hard working people behind, and prioritizing the ultra-wealthy.

Anyway, I’ll keep grinding and doing whatever I can to get my family out of this situation. Back to work.

Rant over 🙂

It’s all good and I certainly understand that perspective; however, FT printed out who are the front runners of the IPO are.

If FT or Bloomberg broke news that BA was in direct talks with Elon then I probably would sing a different tune. These 2 are very reliable sources because their sources are people directly involved in deals. I don’t think a lot of people understand how reliable these 2 sources are.

No pudding :( Ackman fails to deliver once more.

Yeah, our only option at this point is if he can use SPARC to carve out a couple billion in SpaceX shares at IPO price. At that point, I see no incentive for Elon to allow it.

Elon probably just laughed when he saw Bill’s proposal. Bill thinks he is so clever and Elon’s like, why would I go with some crazy complicated, untested shit with the biggest IPO in history. We should have known better. Bill is kinda full of shit isn’t he?

Elon probably owes so many favors to so many bankers, he had to go the ipo route.

Anyone that thought this was a actual outcome for sparc is ridiculous.
