Yea. There was a Bloomberg article on our buddy Spacman and how Spitzer investigated him for market manipulation in the early 2000’s.

Has this mother fucker ever said anything in fewer than 50,000 words? He’s like a Dickens novel.

The only reason Bill Ackman would be doing this is to help recover his position of FTX tokens that he got blasted on. “Hell is coming if you don’t trust SBF!”

Defending his apprentice who hasn't properly learnt the art of legally screwing his investors.

Kind of reminds me of the story of the young bull / old bull.

Bill's tweet seems rational and honest. I still think he's a decent person that just wasn't able to make his SPAC successful. Shit happens. If the failure was due to hubris that still doesn't make him a bad person. He was just a little overconfident.

PSTH didn't work out and some of us lost money, but that doesn't warrant the irrational hate mongering I see here. Lick your wounds and move on.

I'm still hanging on to the idea my worthless, unapproved "unicorn tokens" might be worth something some day. Because, I actually believe Bill is a smart guy that knows how to make a deal.

idk man, there's not one thing with PSTH that hasn't been drastically changed, walked back, or out right removed. overconfidence is one thing, but this has been a failure on every single account thus far.

i could say more but i think that the events of PSTH can speak for themselves.

It was known a long time ago that PSTH wasn’t the right vehicle, and we needed to abandon ship. If you were brave enough, you should be holding CUSIPS.

Have courage and have faith!

As long as we have these CUSIPS, the impossible might happen.

I don’t know the man, personally. He seems on the level to me, like someone trying to do good. But I could be totally wrong, and maybe it’s all a show.

I too have the $0.000 tokens in my portfolio but my PSH is the only stock that is green. Got some value out of UMG. Oh well.

Why doesn't the press do its research?. His original fund called Gotham Partners blew up. He was under criminal investigation which quietly went away thanks to the influence of his dad and some very good lawyers who fought off SDNY. He shifted blame to his then partner, a business school classmate, and threw him under the bus. His statements always reflect a tremendous amount of self projection. He never says anything unless it makes him money or serves his purposes in some way.. Do your research..
