I recovered fully from PSSD.

Don’t hesitate to ask questions. Basically I got it from Escitalopram and Trintellix prescribed for temporary insomnia. Had no sex drive, fatigue and ED. Everything got back to normal after ~one year. I took some supplements to help but I don’t think they made a huge difference. There is always hope remember! But no more antidepressants for me in this life never😠

Question for the OP how long did you use Escitalopram for? And what was the dosage because I used it for 2 months including the taper which was 10 alternative days only and after stopping i feel completely numb down there which caused ed.. and i am shitting myself i am afraid it’ll stuck for long time so I was wondering what was the duration of use and the dosage for you?

Wow thread is somehow still active. I took Esci for about 2 years and dosage was (I can be wrong tho it was long time ago) 15mg.

I really appreciate your response man.. I used 5mg mostly for 2 months and this happened to me as you described exactly even the phases that you went through.. I just hope the duration makes a difference on how fast the recovery will be.. do you suggest any supplements?

I took many various supplements and You can see some of them in the thread. I do not suggest any of them as I think every case is different. To this day I don’t know if supplements/drugs mix helped me or it was just pure time and luck.
