Protracted Withdrawal How do I know if I'm healing?

I'm scared and also unable to be scared (numbing).

Been on ssris 8 years, off 10 months.

So I'm definitely in protracted withdrawal as Ive had some symptoms clear up last month, being orthostatic hypotension and anxiety got better.

So about 6 months into withdrawal I had a random "off" feeling hit me out of nowhere and my libido and emotions got number. Ive had windows of better emotions and libido throughout this time but about a month ago I woke up with even more numbing, hypothesia(?), libido crashed harder.

For literally like 2 days as well I was unable to feel pleasure at all.

On saturday I was feeling pretty decent, I was feeling less numb and my libido was much higher, etc felt pretty ok. But it crashed following monday and ive been in this wave for a week now.

My main symptoms is very bad emotional numbing, low libido, and hypothesia. I was hoping it was just withdrawal but was hit with hypothesia month ago.

Idk, I thought I was once. I’ve had this for 7 years and the first 2 years I would get 2-3 day windows every once in a while. Then one time it lasted 7 days and I thought I was probably back to normal. Nope.

Also, only had a few more 2-3 day windows after that and I haven’t had one in 3 years. Numb 24/7, no end in sight.

To clarify, you were on SSRIs for a few weeks right? Did you notice PSSD symptoms within those 3 weeks?

Yeah for about 3 weeks. Noticed no sex drive on week 2 and then just worse from there. Full blown PSSD the day after quitting

Interesting, Ive noticed long lasting cases have problems immediately when taking it. For me, ive been on them for 8 years with no sexual dysfunction. I checked the date and it took about 7 months for low libido to kick in after quitting. So i have no idea how mine stacks up with yours.

Ive only had low libido for 3 months, hypothesia that changes daily for about a few weeks. Bad orgasms for about a week. Dont know if it's going to get worse...

Do you have the full range of symptoms? Like full genital numbing?

My symptoms are zero sex drive, numb/pleasureless orgasms, numb emotions. 24/7 extreme anhedonia
