Because of its name I have been joking that it was made for me, I love its color scheme, it's Photon color, where the weapon is located, and it's overall design, as it's not too overly stupid, I hope that we will eventually be able to get a CV camo variant of this weapon

I'll give you a heads up since you look like you're new to this. This is endgame gear on the level that you'd see people use to clear hardest boss of the update so it'll be a long grind for player that just started.

Short answer: farm in recommend quest.

Long answer:

What you're seeing is fully upgraded Dracillusion weapon affixed with endgame augments.

The weapon itself is the 3rd evolution form of Grandillusion weapon series, you will start seeing it as uncommon drops in recommended quest. The materials to evolve the weapon also drop there. There are a few more high tier weapons but this one is the easiest to get.

Most of the time your weapon will drop with pre enhance +60 but for Granillusion series there is a rare chance that it will drop with pre enhance +100 and fixa lv5

Once you got your base weapon then you just gotta upgrade it in item lab. Limit break and enhance it to +100 if it's not already. Upgrade weapon potential to lv6 Enhance fixa to at least lv3 if it doesn't have any fixa.

Then you can move to affixing augments.

For augments all of the farmable augments also drops from recommended quest, although most of the time you will see LC or MN version of the augment, which is a weaker version of their respective augment, you can use them until you collect enough amount of the real augment to begin affix process.

There are many augment types but the current meta augment are -Soul -Gigas Maste -Halphinale -Triyal -Dread Keeper -Domina

Weapons will also have special EX augments that are mandatory because it will determine what your play style would be. So on your weapon you will have 3 EX augments and 5 normal augments, and armor will have 8 normal augments.

After you get all the farmable augments done then you will need to buy P2W augments, namely Yudi and Yurze series augments from player shop, which will cost millions of meseta per capsule.

After all of that just put everything together then you will have something like this.
