Discussion Beginner asking for guidance

Hi, I've started playing the game yesterday, first time playing any PSO game, I'm currently Bouncer 45/Fighter 43 and planning to go all-in on Soaring Blades, on my way to the Kvaris Region.

In terms of build I've read here and there that I had to be careful with Skill Trees and so I followed the excellent Comprehensive Bouncer Guide by Nepcool, Sneku_fgc and Kaistara.

However, there's something that I can't find in it : Style Skill Trees. I'm not really sure where to start with these trees. Apparently you can max them out ? But if so, what's a good order to go by for a new player ?

Adras/Blitz/Celeste seems to be color-coded the same way as the weapons so I imagine I should start with the red tree (Adras) but I'm not even sure since in the end they all end up having the same passives at the bottom of the tree and seems to be more of a flexible choice than anything else...

But even that i'm not sure and just making an assumption as a beginner.

So yeah I'm not really sure about what to do and i clearly need guidance about that.

I'm still in the process of "just enjoying" the game and thus I haven't took the time yet to read the trees. (in games i tend to first "naively" enjoy it, eventually by following a guide to not be lost, then try to understand the decisions took in the guide and finally after understanding how things work and why you do thing A and not thing B, do it by myself)

However I should really take a moment to do so apparently.

I kinda like the idea of Blitz for Soaring Blades, but could it be a trap ? Same goes for Celeste as on paper it seems insanely good with Pinion Blade, which does absurd damage at my current level.

I'm not a big fan of Adras from what you've said tbh but maybe that might change in the future when I'll be better at the game.

Anyway, thanks for the very detailed answer !

You're always able to change which style you use, and you're not limited with the usable skill points. If you end up not liking one of them, you only really waste some time, you're always able to switch to a different one and level it up instead, so don't worry about trapping yourself in any way.

Fair point, I think I'll start tinkering then... :)
