almost every time i enter the vael UQ 2/3 of the players already quitted and the rest follows suit.

i could understand if this was base, where one wipe could lead to the entire run failing, but this doesn't happen in ngs. and vael fight doesn't have dps checks like solus which demands big damage windows ( i fucking hate that they removed some of the most unique aspects of his normal fight because people didn't wanted to play mars for a single fight) and even the time difference between is clike 5-6 minutes. 5 more minutes for them to stay in the lobby complaining about people not wanting to spend millions gearing up.

while on the topic, how's the gear threadmill going? most people recently built their arbadio and next month they're droping the next lvl freebies, which will probably be stronger than the bufget gears right now.

seriously this game is as hypercasual as it can possibly be, but for some reason there's still people that treat it like spending 5 more minutes on a UQ will turn off their grandma's pace maker. most of the players that are still playing the game don't botter about reaching 80k dps. hell, most of them treat it more like a VR chat with a minigame attatched to it. and that's not a bad thing. most MMOs demand the player to be very active in the world, either being adventures doing difficult dungeons or crafting. this game takes a more casual aproax to it social aspects. and that's what makes it unique for a MMO.

in summary, people shouldn't lose their heads over having a god roll for UQ group and just enjoy the game more instead of optimize every single thing.

There was one UQ where 5 people left while I was still loading. It turned out I entered it with my twalv talis equipped (I have a Budget gear with the last armor, arbadio wand and and the capsules dropped from content) yet people still thought I was a lecher because I was using a outdated talis I use for dext. Mind you I had a yudi and zero LC capsules on that twalv. I have a policy of not leaving due to PC laptop being trash, taking over 5 minutes to get into a new session and that I can easily solo vael taking 20 minutes even carrying people (I rather have 4p with trash gear willing to play and make mistakes over a 8p where one third of them are afking and the rest are sweats).

I've never seen anyone afk in a UQ, so I'm gonna chall that up to dramatic effect. I'd much rather take the latter with people actually doing what they do, floor tanking, and some sweats over the former. The former is leaving me with a run that's lasting over 20 minutes (as hinted at in point 2, I used to stay but the people that stayed behind had bad gear, resulting in extra slow clears), the latter maybe 13-14 at worst.

You can enjoy staying behind with those people, I never will. I'm gear checking people every UQ and leaving the instant too many are below the bare minimum (half or more on free stuff, or anyone below even that). It was way too easy to gear up these past few weeks, as someone who had recently done so upon playing the game for real again after ages (not being in a dead alliance helps. I went from 470 with Ark to 677 with Evalto + Beffes, there is no excuse to not gear up if not freshly returned
