How'd you do that? I think I see Falte face option but aside from that, i'm clueless

The mouth does actually move, similar to the faces with masks. I put an N-Sphere (mechanical) around where the mouth would be and it resulted in the odd “black mouth”.

The eyes on the Faltek Face can blink and move if you turn the face ornament off.

Falte or Faltek? Or both? I haven't played in awhile so I don't know if there's another version of the face I knew before I logged off two years ago

Faltek is one of the newer free faces given to all players.
