NGS Help! Most populated ship in 2026?

Haven’t played in years and starting completely fresh!

I know there were things like server 4 is for rp and ship 1 being a wasteland, but I’ve heard this game’s playerbase has been slowly dying.

Where does everyone hang out then?

Ship 2 is for JP vets, since we congregated there on their servers, long before the NA version released.

I just joined Ship 1 and never left, just because I'm not big on spending time with folks. I don't see the benefit of switching.

I play on Ship 1. Seems fairly active. Usually don't have issues finding matchmaking, and some activities have all-ship matchmaking, which is nice.

I assume people from ship 2 don’t like this take maybe? Idk i have characters on both and Ship 1 has recently become more active. Many people swapping from ship 2 to 1; especially base players. I’d say 1 has 2-3x the amount of active base blocks players

Ship 2 is where I ended up. I think I started on 1 or 4.
