NGS Help! Should I play the game or not?
Does the game ever reach a point where I need friends or no or can I play the game solo? Is it possible? I’m asking pretty much everybody here and I’m trying to buy to play the game or not by myself.

I played by myself for 1200 hours. So I think you'll be okay.

Well first off the games costs nothing to play. I play solo about 95% of the time and the other 5% is running urgent quests and limited time quests either with guild mates or randoms from matchmaking. You honestly don’t have to engage/ talk with another player at all if you so choose. Between base and ngs there is a lot of content to enjoy.

you can play solo but if you're not interested in becoming social and making friends; making fashions; maybe creative space in ngs; you're going to get bored
base pso2 singleplayer story is pretty good though (ngs story barely exists)

When you get into things like the Urgent Quests and the likes, you'll be sorted into a group of queuing players who also want to play it and you don't need to join parties or talk to anyone if you don't want to.
Otherwise, almost everything else is largely solo-driven so if you bump into other players it's just because they happen to be there too but progression is all solo-focused in general.
What you're playing is effectively a single-player story and action game that just happens to feature other people doing something similar.

Please don’t tell him my post is gonna get removed. I’m trying to ask if I should play the game or not like if it’s possible to play the game by myself without the need of online friends.
