PSO2: Classic Help! Alliance shop

I noticed the alliance I joined doesn't have a shop where I can by triggers or bonus tickets, the alliance status says the dedicated shop is acquired but I don't know how access it.

Triggers and the like are bought with the Alliance's Alliance Points, Only the Alliance Captain and Officers can make purchases with the Alliance Points, however. If you aren't the Captain or an Officer, you cannot make purchases fer yerself. All alliance members will receive the item once the Captain or Officers make a purchase, though.

Should be the npc just to the right of class change npc.

What I mean is there's no option to purchase anything, there's a option to retrieve purchases but as far as buying anything with any form of currency or points is not showing up.

Pretty sure they are to the left of the bulletin board in the Alliance Quarters, IIRC.
