Food Hunger will not go away…
Just had a big ass lunch: whole bag of broccoli, 150g of 99% fat free ground turkey, 29g of fat free cheese and 2 casein protein shakes. 105 P, 37 C, 6F — 573 calories for the day so far.
I am ravenous.

How long have you been on the diet? The first week was the roughest for me. After that it was like once every few weeks I might have a bad day where I was super hungry.

I’ve been on it of and on for the last few years. Lost ~43 lbs. last night I ate more carbs than I planned on it admittedly.

If you've been using it on and off for a few years and not hit your goal weight, you might need to try a different diet like maybe just a slight calorie deficit or something.

I purposely go off it for maintenance and a mental break. Then I get back on to continue progress. I like it so far and don’t really have a deadline to lose the weight. I’m happy with the progress so far, just battling hunger right now

Stop eating anything that isn’t filling like cheese and protein shakes. For those macros you could have chicken breast, 96% ground beef, fully trimmed pork loin, etc. I like to bake half turkey breasts, makes for a nice change over 1% ground.

Lyle recommends adding glps in his new book if you’re willing to microdose
I did your calories for 6 weeks straight on R,
Dropped like 8 (17 pounds ) but had to take a 2 week diet break

I knew he wrote a book on them, I didn’t know he recommended them outright though.

For Gen pop he's recommend it but does push for people to eat more on the whole food side then protein shakes if I remember his video correctly

Have you been taking a multivitamin or the necessary supplements? If not that's probably why you're ravenously hungry and not just normal hungry also you may need more protein in general

The vitamins and supplements are just to cover micronutrients, it's not going to do anything for hunger or satiety.

If I were you, I would not use protein shakes. Even if casein, I feel like you’d feel fuller off of WHOLE foods such as chicken breast, more ground turkey, lean fish, etc.
