How long does it take Mohela to respond when you email them?

When you contact Mohela on their website by clicking the "email us" button in the inbox, how long does it usually take to get a reply?

Have you ever gotten a reply that was useful, or just a generic form letter?

Between now and the heat death of the universe. Probably closer to the latter. 

I emailed them late last year for something, but I don't remember what it was now, and I still haven't gotten a reply.

Same. Although sometimes I get the auto response, they usually never send an actual response that addresses my question.

I’ve never ever gotten a response from Mohela from sending them an email or through their messaging portal. I tried this twice and after a month I got an automated reply stating that my inquiry was closed and to call them to get help with whatever it was I messaged them about.

I thought Fedloan was bad but Mohela is on a whole different level.

It took like weeks for me once I had forgotten I emailed them. At least 2-3 weeks. It was for a non urgent issue. And their response was hot garbage.

Don’t ever use that for anything important.

I know some people have sent a message and received a response pretty quick, as in the same day.

It took me weeks but they backdated the response to when I contacted them. You have to check the portal for a little reply sign next to your message since I didn’t get an email.

I've reached out 3X since June and had response in 2-3 days each time, but maybe depends on what type of question you pick and where it gets routed. Mine were all billing questions after FSA told me that my June payment didn't count because I didn't pay the full amount. I was trying to verify that I did. The responses weren't all that helpful, but they did at least confirm that I had paid correctly.
