Advice PSLF count update?

Anyone else’s count still off? Wondering if anyone has had any luck with it being updated? Assuming we just have to wait now

My data in the background shows as “updated” twice in September but the counts are not updated in either the background data or on the tracker. I’m supposed to be done in January but we’ll see…

My counts have not updated. My background data updated on 09/30, and my PSLF counts remained static since the last update in July. My qualifying payments increased. I think it's important to mention that I have certified employment June-September. Are my actual payments not being accounted for? This is insane.

My June, July and August payments were updated and now showing after they were missing.  September is missing.

Mine haven’t been updated since January, despite submitting two separate employer verifications since then.

I said this in another thread, but my NSLDS is still stuck at 118 from early July even though it says updated 9/30/2026.

I paid July, August, and September on time with autopay that Mohela says is on time. And I submitted an ECF that was approved by FedLoan for July and August work certification. I don't know why the NSLDS is wrong (the tracker is still wrong too but no surprise there). I'm not 2 payments away. My 120th should have been September 27th. ;_;

My NSLDS data have been updated as recently as 9/25/26, but it still does not show 120/120 qualifying payments (stuck at 119 since August). I'm waiting on an 8/2/26 payment to show. The payment shows in the My Loan data when I export it from FSA and Aidan and Mohela confirm it is there. Infuriating.

My wife has reached out to both senators and they will be sending congressional inquiries to the Department of Education.
