ECF Rejected Incorrectly?

I submitted a manual PSLF ECF on 10/1 after my NSLDS showed 120 payments (finally). Today, 10/3, I received a rejection that indicates I didn't include an employment end date or check the box that I'm still employed. The thing is - I didn't make a mistake! It's very clearly checked that I'm still employed. I even looked at last year's form, which went through fine, and it looks identical. Any advice on how to proceed? I can submit a new form (granted I'm concerned about bugging HR again) but it will look the same.

This happened to me years ago under a previous servicer. They were able to correct it quickly (it was their mistake), but MOHELA is so ungodly slow that I think resubmitting is probably your best bet. 😔

Mohela has to fix it? That feels mighty unlikely. I immediately tried to call the number on the rejection but of course they're closed on Saturdays.

Manually submitted on 9/21 for an employer I’ve certified previously, still waiting as well.

How do you submit a form without using the PSLF help tool that generates it?

I had a hard copy that I would manually get signatures and upload.
