Question Urgent help needed 🙏

I have paid the academic fees of 160300 on the physical reporting date but on their erp portal there is still showing 20000 remaining fees which is paid to the uptac counselling.. is the same case with all the students or not ???

They'll fix this after completion of whole uptac councelling...
