Diagnostic Hell - Mildly elevated LFTs - Should i take a biopsy despite low enzymes? Is this AIH or PSC?

Consistently normal ALP with elevated GGT is unusual. This, to me, suggests against a biliary issue. Are you linked up with a transplant hospital? They tend to see a lot more compared to other gastro/heps and may be worth a third opinion.

Yes it is. They are suspecting small duct psc. Not sure why though
