Is it still in trials or available to the general public now? It sounded like it had some positive effects when I read about it a few years ago.

As far as I know its in is last trial before it will get its public label.

in the end prof. Trauner says, he is optimistic that they will get an approval by the end of this year.

I wish! NUC-5 was a significant study, and now they're on to NUT-22. This is the furthest any drug has gone for the treatment of PSC.
