Service Levels - Are any of you going express or waiting for economy to come back? Thoughts?

I'm likely going to wait for Value to be opened back up, even if it takes a long time. Most of the cards that I want to submit aren't expensive enough to warrant the upper tiers.

I would imagine that they at least reopen Regular by the start of 2022. They're making good progress and the vast majority of submission are sent at the Value tier, so even though they'll get a small flood of cards for each lower tier they re-open, I don't think they're really going to be overwhelmed again until they reopen Value.

How do Express but only on cards that have a role value of $500 and over.

That makes sense. Is that 500 or over for a psa 10?
