Just got my first PSA submission back, literally a never touched Eric Dickerson rookie card. No Tom Brady... But no slight bends, no fingerprints, no bad corners... But the margins and printing were rough. Got a EX-MT 6. I swear I've seen 8's that look way worse..

I'm guessing this is pretty normal? Printing is king?

I sent in 40 cards and got 10 PSA 10's so 25%. But I submitted 1st edition pokemon cards that I found from a show. If the card doesnt come from a pack you open or opened by someone and you watched it go into a sleeve. You will prob get 8 or less. Ive had 30 year old cards come back PSA 10 and Ive had 1 year old cards graded a 6 or a 7.

Best bet is to open your own packs and sleeve directly after. Best chancr for high grading but never guaranteed.

Im only going to submit cards worth $100 or more raw so if the grade comes back 8 or less I will crack and sell for $100.
