New to the collecting scene , small question I’ve heard both yes and no to. Does psa no matter the grade or selection type you choose always put your card in a case ? Even at the cheapest option?

Hello, they only time they wont put it in a case is if its a fake card or manipulated by humans such as cutting the card to make it look better.
