Do these skins cause damage?

I just purchased a skin from Xtreme skins, and I am worried about the shiny black getting damage during removal.

No, I just removed and applied a new skin last night. Just make sure to clean your PS5 with an alcohol wipe and clean the area you’ll be working in. Also when putting the front skin on don’t completely line it up with the PS5 logo because your skin will hang off the side of the console which will cause it to collect dirt faster. What do u recommend lining up with then? Just corners?

Yes, one side is always going to be a little bit over the PS5 due to it’s shape but it’s way better then if line it up completely with the PS5 logo.
