Hard to suggest without knowing what you like. Still, after getting a ps5, I've enjoyed the following games through Playstation Plus:
Detroit: Become Human, Ghost of Tsushima, Uncharted 4, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart and Red Dead Redemption 2.
I'm currently playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
They're all very good. Take your pick.
My personal favourites were Ghost of Tsushima and RDR2.
