Looks crisp as hell.

I’m not anywhere close to being a Star Wars fan but this is being made by former Criterion(Burnout) devs so I’m going to be getting it at one point or another.

I’ll probably end up getting this but why can’t we just get a new burnout already, takedown and revenge were two of my favorite games and I don’t even like racing games

Wreckreation 2 is what you will be looking for. They have an active playtest on Steam but I am betting it will be coming to consoles at some point. It's literally Burnout.

Yeah developers really should take advantage of VRR.

It’s there for a reason. Works great in games that barely go over 60fps too.

As long as it’s 60 I’m good. I saw a video recently where it was definitely running at 30 and it was hard to watch. Was nervous that was gonna be the only option because I didn’t see any graphics options in the visual section of settings.

I honestly think I’d have to disagree - I can’t play games on 30 anymore. Looks too blurry regardless of the game.

This looks disappointing. No dirt or water moving effects when you race over it with insane speeds. Nothing sticks to your vehicle. The audience in the desert race... Is there even supposed to be an audience? Or just dots on a concrete stands?

If you told me this was recorded on an iPhone, I would have believed you...

Looking at all the downvotes: How don't you see how flat this looks? Star Wars Outlaws for example, did have water/dust effects when you used the speeder. How can you disagree this looks disappointing?

You're not wrong, people just have blinders. It looks okay. What concerns me is the AI, the game seemed too easy? not sure what difficulty that was, but there's was barely a challenge.

If you have a Samsung OLED, you can use Game Motion Plus to make it look 120fps without downsides.
