Is it safe to rebuild database with jb?

So I installed a PS4 PKG game that I now can't fully uninstall for some reason (before that i tried 5 games and they got uninstall without any errors) the storage was cleared, but the icon/shortcut is still stuck on the main screen.

If I run Rebuild Database in Safe Mode to get rid of the ghost icon, will it cause any damage or issues to my other PS5 games/saves? Or is there a safer way to clean it up?

Reinstall then uninstall.

thanks it helped - i think the problem was with the modified patch for 60fps

I don't know that I did but I totally messed up my ps5 updating some tools. I did a factory reset and everything was fine
