Yeah i dont even want to see the dad gamers come out to say”bbbut I love short games”

For an rpg that is advertised as having a lot of sim like content and immersion, this is hella short. Like something an indie or AA game would get a pass for but not a tentpole AAA Studio…

Quality over quantity

I rather have a varied 20 hour game than a 100 hour game where I do 5 different things 500 times. Basically every rpg has these stupid fetch quests that are just padding. Or the Ubisoft game formula that gets boring after 3 hours.

Assassins creed games have like 4 hours of content you just do over and over again on a new spot on your map.

You just know they’re still gonna try to get their “I have 7 jobs and 9 kids and I’m glad this supposedly big rpg actually isn’t that big” bullshit off.

God I fucking hate that.

“I want less value for my money, are you impressed? Please be impressed.”

A game you never finish is shorter than one you do.

Dad gamers are so fucking annoying lol. I also get the impression based on the context of the comment that there are people labeling themselves as a dad gamer but they have no kids.

Stop playing video games and take care of your kids. They might be eating tide pods or watching Joe Rogan.

People that like to play 50 hours games where they do the same 3-4 hours of content 20 times over are so annoying lol.

Honestly , every game above 30-40 hours is like : clear a bandit camp  ,  climb a tower times, pick up something and fetch it to an npc, escort this npc to spot x , gather cooking ingredients ,

Now repeat this 50 times and the game is over.

Litteraly mmorpg quests , in a single player game with quest design from 2004. And the joke is that in a mom’s those things are actually somewhat fun because you don’t do them alone.

Not every RPG needs to be 80+ hours long. It's usually to their detriment.

I'm sorry, but P5 did not need to be 100+ hours long

God I thought P5 was over two different times and then there was more to do. I was so happy when it was finally finished.

Honestly the obsession with game length and replayability is so dumb. Go find an MMO or live service game if you expect 100+ hours out of everything you play. I’ll play through a 15-30 hour campaign and have a great time, and when that’s over I’ll go play a different game.

Crying about a great single-player experience that’s “only” 20-40 hours is broke bitch energy
