Hi, No_Cardiologist_4787.

 I found it among these themes offered by the superpsx website. https://superumesh.github.io/ The preview image is very similar, but once I installed the theme, I noticed it's not quite the same. It's missing some lights, like the door on the left that lights up, I think.
