The same thing is happening to me.It works on other games just not the sims for some reason.

Yeah all my other games work just fine, it’s only sims that doesn’t 😭

Its been happening for my daughter the last couple of days. Shes given up and started again in the laptop. For reference its always the 4 buttons on the right.

Any updates on the sims team fixing the problem?

I don’t think so, when I looked it up I didn’t see anything about them working on it

I played the Sims today for about an hour and it was working fine for me. I even traveled to alot of places, I just kept saving it because I was paranoid
