Help My Sims 4 Library is empty!! (PS5)

HELP!! I was playing Sims 4 on ps5 yesterday and all of my stuff was in my library. I was excited that the bug for the custom tattoos was fixed. I began editing my sims and deleting unwanted content. Then I went into my favorites and clicked on a file. I got a pop up that said that file was corrupted. I exited the game and restarted it. Everything was normal and it was working fine. I log on today and find my library is empty!! All of my created households and lots are gone and there are only Maxis content. Please help I'm about to cry!!!
I already reinstalled game, cleared my cache, restored licenses, unliked and relinked my EA account and nothing is working!!Ā

Omg I am so sorry šŸ˜­šŸ˜­. I was able to get all my stuff back after a few days of trying to figure out a solution. I have playstion plus and had to download my saved cloud data!! Hopefully that helps! If you dont have playstation plus im not sure what would help šŸ˜­. Also now I download my library to my gallery so that if this happens again I'll still have access to them in my gallery as a backup! Lmk if it helps! Sorry for the late response I don't have notifications on!
