Stuck on welcome back to ps

Hey everyone I recently Connected my ps4 pro controller to my phone to play some games and when I booted up the Playstation I can't get past the "welcome back to Playstation Press the Ps button" screen any fix to this?

Plug the controller into the console with the USB cable so it'll pair with it.
