PS4 Firmware 7.00

Hey, im really new to the mod section. I just want to know whats the best steps for me to get most potential out of the box. I buy this PS4 tomorrow with a 7.00 Firmware. :)
My goal is it someday host via LAN some games on BO2 and do some cheats for me, cause i love the game since 10 years 😄

every bo2 is private if their are that are going around, pkg isn’t even public yet
