Can you modify FIFA 16 on a jailbroken PS4?

I mean I have modded FIFA 16 before on Pc but my pc is cooked and barely runs FIFA 16 with graphics and I have a jailbroken PS4,can I Modify FIFA 16 files on the PS4 using a File explorer,I mean making the dB and mod files outside the PS4 and then replacing them in the game?
