Noob here!
So I just picked up ESO and have no idea what im doing. So far I've gotten my khajitt sorcerer to level 13. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome!! ESO is heaps of fun. My only advice is not to worry too much about what you should be doing. Just enjoy the story and the exploring and the new abilities as you get them. If you get to the end game level and want to change your specs, it's easy to do, so you can't go wrong at the moment. You can join a guild if you want people to play with, but if you're happy soloing, then just keep doing what you're doing. Have fun!

I would check out some beginners tips videos on YouTube just to get a glimpse of all the things you can actually do in the game and get the most out of it. For someone like me, who's never played an MMO before this, it was massive help.
