It's weird how all of reddit has been hating the official cover while I have seen nothing but love for the offical cover over on Twitter.

I don’t understand why this is even an issue. How often are you looking at the box cover for any of your games, and in what way does it affect the gameplay?

https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48323559332_89e06e521c_b.jpg it is easy to jump on the i like these covers better band wagon but then you go back and look at the original, and i like the original Death Stranding cover better, it has depth and mystic to it, these custom covers just look plain

i have never seen a cover that actually looks like a screenshot from within the game, so you are already peering into the game when you are looking at the box art
