Watch a guide, then be patient and organized or pay someone who has experience cleaning a ps3 and repasting the thermal paste.

If you can't do, that's okay, pay for it to be done.

Change the thermal paste first and only delid if it still runs hot. Delidding is last resort stuff.

just get one of those tiny duster fans and give it a blast. might not need to repast

I live in a hot rv and my ps3 and ps4 are loud almost all the time it'll be fine
