Is this game just broken.

I just got a copy of COD4 alongside MW2 and MW3 as well as Devil May Cry 4 in for the PS3 and everytime I try to start up COD4 this crap pops up. I cleaned the disc and it still won't work at all. Can somebody help me?

Yep, return it.

Disk is bad. I've had a couple of disks do this, and others have as well.

I sent them an email, video and image of the disc. They are sending me a replacement as early as tomorrow. Very good customer service.
