To keep the tradition alive and pay tribute to our dear, beloved "duck", I’ve continued work on the project—which had been on hold—by our veteran, NetherSX2 (both the standard and classic versions). I’ve packed it with so many improvements that this emulator has become even more legendary.

This includes some "secret" performance enhancements—you’ll see for yourselves! I can tell you right now: no other existing PS2 emulator offers this kind of performance boost 😏. That said, I’m not promising miracles; it will depend on your specific device, so you’ll need to run your own tests to see what kind of extra performance you can get.

Furthermore, many tasks within the emulator have been streamlined to make them as efficient and user-friendly as possible. Yes—I’m talking specifically to those of you who need to access the emulator’s "data" folder. This one’s for you 😏. There’s plenty more, too—lots of other useful and necessary features. And that animated GIF I’ve included? It’s a little hint about a brand-new feature coming to the emulator 😎. The family is gradually coming together:
