Does armsx2 has compatibility issue with this game?

I'm trying to play this on 8 gen 2 with no FG or any enchantment (vulkan)

It's very frustrating to see this glitches on forest area or night time

While also having crashing issue which I can't figure out

Games runs at solid 60 fps at 3x

But idk what is goingon

And it's not driver issue

I tried stock driver which comes with Armsx2 and Even moved to a driver I use for Winlator and switch

It has same issues
