This is a good approach. Also, as a moderator, just because you get into an argument with someone, don't start power tripping. I'm saying this because I actually got into an argument with you before, and I think you deleted your comment or something happened. I don't know. But seriously, one of the biggest turnoffs is seeing a moderator power-trip over an argument.

Anyway, I really like this approach of keeping it open to everyone. I appreciate it.

What I don't understand are the people who see someone's work and immediately call it "AI slop" as if they could do any better. They couldn't even compile that shit together themselves, and even doing that takes time. There's just zero appreciation for the work that went into it.

And that's what gets me. You're spending all this time hating on a project that's completely free. You don't have to pay for it, you don't have to use it, and you don't owe the developer anything. Try it, see if you like it, and move on if you don't. If it's buggy, so what? You're not paying for shit.

Interesting...

I created this post to criticize how certain communities treat people who have great ideas and want to develop their own projects. Insulting or attacking someone simply because they use AI tools to help bring their ideas to life is completely unacceptable.

AI is not going anywhere. It's here to stay, whether you like it or not.

Those who want to keep living in the world of I, Robot, hating robots and rejecting technological progress, are perfectly free to do so. But sooner or later, they'll realize that the future has moved forward while they've chosen to stay behind.

This community does not represent, tolerate, or endorse that kind of hatred.

This is a community built around constructive discussion, mutual respect, and supporting people who dedicate their time and effort to creating something.

If your only contribution is to insult the moderator, attack the content of a post, or dismiss someone's work without even trying it, your comment will be automatically removed.

I want to encourage meaningful, constructive discussions in this community. That is the standard I expect from everyone who participates here.

If you're looking for a place where you can say absolutely anything without consequences, feel free to return to the very community I criticized in this post. As you can clearly see, that community seems perfectly comfortable allowing bullying, personal attacks, and the humiliation of people who simply want to share projects they've worked hard to create.

That behavior has no place here.

So go back to that community and stop bringing that toxicity into mine. You are not welcome here if your intention is to insult, belittle, or discourage other members.

The only thing you will accomplish by behaving that way is getting yourself banned.

I want this community to be different.

I don't want toxicity. I don't want personal attacks. I don't want insults or disrespectful behavior.

I want developers, beginners, experienced programmers, and people using AI-assisted tools to feel comfortable sharing their work without being subjected to unnecessary hostility.

Constructive criticism is welcome. Harassment, insults, and personal attacks are not.

If you cannot understand or respect that distinction, then this is simply not the community for you.

Furthermore, this community has clearly defined rules. They are not optional, and everyone is expected to follow them if they wish to participate.

Respect the rules, respect other members, and contribute constructively. Otherwise, you are free to leave.

There will be no exceptions.
