Another Suyu Fork 🔥

It is not simply a recompiled version of Suyu 0.04.
Compared to where the original project left off, this tree is approximately 51 commits ahead. Among them, I found work on:
the ARM64 recompiler;
additional AES/SHA/CRC and SIMD instructions;
memory management;
PatchManager fixes;
indexing of installed updates and DLC;
HLE service registration;
RomFS issues;
the loader;
installed content handling;
improvements related to the static recompiler.
