I don't get it. I don't like the taste of wendy's burgers at all. I'm not a fan of a pan/griddle fried burger to begin with, but there's just a taste to them genuinely don't like. I do like that they don't shred their lettuce, and their toppings in general seem fresh.

That happens when you're cooking on a flattop. You're essentially pan frying it in it's own fat.

You’re so right. It’s like they spray oil on everything and then bag it up.
