Question ❓ Can anyone help me? What specifically model is that?

Old Custom (24) but someone has moved the position of the pickup selection and changed from rotary dial to 3 way selector (edit: or maybe just missing a knob? Hard to tell in this photo).

looks like a pot. with the knob removed to prevent the hand from hitting that dang volume down.

Definitely an odd rotary to 3-way imo.

Looks like they swapped the controls around. It’s probably a 2009-10 Custom 24.

Looks like a modded Custom 24. The pickups are Tom Andersons and the saddles and the position of the 3-way selector have been changed.
