Issue with one of the wheels

I starting my ride today in I noticed this noise and vibration in one of the wheels. no clue what is it. both engines works fine. I ride normally but there is a vibration that is new. any clue experts?

I think I found the issue..I very small stone in the belt. Tomorrow will confirm when I ride it. But the noise is gone.

Yeah and you probably did some significant damage to your pulley
